you know there is probably loads of better ways to invest your money than to buy games and sell them several years later!

Yeah, it sorta disturbs me when games meant to be played are instead being hoarded. If you wanted to make money, you could have bought a single Google share right after the IPO and quadrupled your initial investment already in less than 2 years.
