ESPGaluda - WTF is the hitbox?

I want to like this game, but it infuriates me since I can never quite figure out if I'm going to get hit or not.

Where the hell is the hitbox? Is it the ass? The head? The stomach?

Watch the tutorial. It will show you. Very small square on the characters backs.

if you watch the "how to" youll have to be blind to miss it, in which case it could hardly matter.

Actually the circle is flashing at 30hz, and doesn't look very clear. Its also round and quite large if you ask me.

You think the hitbox was large? I recall many people claiming it was Cave's (and maybe anyone's) smallest at the time.

Are you sure? Because it seems larger than DDP's hitboxes. Mushi's hitbox is definately the smallest I've seen yet.

Gradius V has a pretty small HB too.

Mushi's is irritatingly small. Combined with the bullet hitboxes, I've managed to lose sight of my character under a bullet curtain and come out unscathed. At least with Gradius V and Psyvariar 2 I feel like I know what I'm doing.

Yeah, Mushi's is by far the smallest... and it can even be made smaller w/ some button combos, no?

On the old board, when ESPGaluda just came out, other people were mentioning they thought it was the smallest they had seen. I've not put enough time into DDP to really draw the conclusion though.

The hitbox is your character's torso. It makes complete sense, since that's where the "holy ghost stone" is embedded in their chest.
