Question power supply japanese megadrive model 1

Lo everyone.

The japanese megadrive power supply outputs 9v, the european one outputs 10v at 220v input.

Can i use a genuine eu megadrive power supply on the japanese system ? Will the 10 volt not kill my components faster ?

Is there another power supply ( from another system ?) that i can use on the japanese megadrive ?

It's perfectly fine to use a European PSU on the Japanese Mega Drive, a one volt difference won't matter.
