Help identifying Crescendo transcoder power supply

I have a Crescendo-Systems TC2000 Transcoder, but I lost the original power supply and I don't know how to find an exact equivalent. Could anyone point me to right power supply that I need?




It seems other models use the same power supply:

What about the power plug? It seems to use jack plug, but it's almost impossible to find a power supply with this kind of plug.

Maybe buying this kind of adapter?
