Picked up a PVM-20L2 locally that doesn't power on. No signs of life at all, no ticking, no click, no static.
Before I go too too much farther, I'm curious if this is hacky previous repairwork on the G board, or if this is something factory:

It's been a while since I've looked inside my PVM-20L2 but I'm pretty sure that I remember those jumper wires being in exactly the same place.
