I just got a Naomi Mask system with Virtua NBA and Tennis. The problem is, the 1P side the direction down does not work and on the 2P side, the down direction and button 2 do not work.

The settings read ON to indicate an error. What do I do to solve this? I have tried on 2 superguns. I have not tried on a cabinet yet.

Well if its not a problem with your jamma harness, its probably a problem with the I/O adapter. Not sure how to fix/troubleshoot past trying it with a different I/O board.
