Hells yeah. My girl gave me that for christmas and it is the only dpad I play with fighters now.

Only if somebody made a decent hack to the PSX to NEO adapter so I can use it in a proper JAMMA setup with buttons 1-3 on the top and buttons 4-6 on the bottom ( with a CPS2/1 harness).

Not as good as the Saturn pad, IMO.
