I'd suggest first and foremost re-asking the same question as a new topic in the hardware forums, and secondly narrowing it down to a particular type (low res CRT, high res CRT, high res LCD, plasma, etc, etc).

Where can i download gameplay vids to see the boss fight?
Go into practice mode and choose "load replay". there's videos of all the levels already there for you. After you beat the game you get some more replays demonstrating advanced techniques as well.

Just beating the game once will unlock them...
...which I finally did. You know it isn't just the last boss. The whole freakin' last level is hard. Don't know why the boss was giving me so much trouble before. Hell, you don't even really need the rocket...vulcan does fine damage shooting down that barrell.
Awesome.
I ordered it today. The LTD edition with the Dreamcast. Mine was getting really weary (first edition, jap) so I was happy to fork another $80 for a "refurbished" japanese dreamcast that comes with Under Defeat.
Though I don't know what that "refurbished" implies.
Do any of you know it?
No, Under Defeat + a new DC costed me $168. My jap DC is really worn out and even though I know that $80 is quite a lot for a DC, at least it's totally brand new sealed, and that's what counts. I wasn't looking for another used DC - I've already got mine.
I have to know what "refurbished" means though :P
EDIT
DANG - I've just read benj's reply. How ironic, considering what I just wrote. On the pic they showed a nice package so I assumed it was new, with a controller and all the cables. I'm going to be really disappointed (read mad like a cow) if I get an unboxed console and that's it)

*mutters*
It's boxed. Just refurbished and repackaged. As long as it isn't yellowed, it'd pretty much be like new.

fenrir, could you please tell me where you ordered the refurbished Dreamcast from ?
My copy arrived today. I'm not a big fan of Border Down at all, but this title is superb. Money well spent. It's going to be a highly unproductive week.
I'd heard folks complain about the strange perspective, but to be honest I really like it.
So, anyone have maybe a less dangerous way to beat the final boss than the one featured on the replay? Mostly a way to defeat his vulcans and that central cannon that fires the shots splashing outwards-- the video shows the player going between individual vulcan shots and then actually bothering to dodge the center cannon (this is all in the part before the gun turns around).. is there perhaps a way to destroy the central gun first and then stay between the two vulcan shots?
I got an Under Defeat sticker and an Okami sticker. Muhahahaha.
I'm a bit surprised to see all this talk of taking on the final boss though. This game is pretty challenging -- I haven't even faced the fourth boss yet.
We here shall not rest until we have made a drawing-room of your shaft, and if you do not all finally go down to your doom in patent-leather shoes, then you shall not go at all.
