PS2 Space Harrier Collection - a few questions

This is regarding the Sega Ages 2500 Vol.20 release, not the "interesting" remake they put out earlier.

Does it have a low-res option?

Does it save scores? (only problem with the DC version)

Does it support digital only controllers? (like the PS2 Saturn pad)

1. Yes, and also a 480p option too
2. Yes, but no auto save though...
3. Yes, an option for both digital control and analog control
A couple of things I didn't like about this release is that there's some slow down in the arcade Space Harrier during some of the boss battles (mostly during the bosses with two heads). I don't know if this happened in the arcade verison but it annoys the hell out of me. Also there's some sound emulation problems with Space Harrier SMS, Space Harrier 3D and Space Harrier 2. The sound in Space Harrier SMS, 3D, and 2 is quite low in volume too.
