PVM 20L2 Dim picture

Just grabbed my spare PVM out of storage to check it over and it seems likes something has gone wrong with the picture.

It's very dim and slightly washed out.



Compared to my other pvm:



I wonder does it possibly need recapping or is the tube shot?

check to see if the BNC connectors have been damaged. My 20L2 had picture issues until I repaired the traces that were broken when somebody hit the BNC connectors.
