Raiden III PS2 Korean version?

Hey folks, quick question regarding the Korean ver of the PS2 port. Is there any real difference from the Japanese version (other than text, I would assume)? Is there much Japanese text in the game to begin with, or is most of it in eng(r)ish? Thanks in advance

OK, how about a more simple question:

Will the Korean version work on my magic modchipped PS2? I can get it on the cheap so I want to jump on this

korean releases are the same region as japanese releases. and the only thing that should be effected are the text menus (if translated) and the resale value.
