I have an extron DVS-304 Vga scaler setup that isnt working right anymore.
after about 10 minutes, the picture on my flatscreen tv turns different colors, then fades out to white, then my volume on the tv goes up to max and then the tv shuts off.
if i unplug the extron, the tv will turn on and work fine.
what could be going on? did i get a defective scaler? would a ground loop cause the tv to do that? I think i might have one between the audio and the Extron.
I just have an Snes hooked up to it through a custom Retro accessories Vga rgb cable.
Oh i tried a different snes too.
