Kuro VGA Box or Toro Video Box

Hello I trying to know which will be the best option for Dreamcast going to XRGB Mini or OSSC ? I know Toro Box has more options like scanlines compare to Kuro Box but I feel the scanlines are fine IMO with OSSC or XRGB Mini. I just want your guys opinions if which will be a good fit for OSSC or XRGB mini.

OSSC -> Kuro
Framemeister -> Toro (FM doesn't have vga input)
Direct hookup to hdmi-only flatscreen -> Akura (deh)
