Dreamcast controller converter for PC/(Mac)

Please, excuse me if this topic has been spoken of here. I didn't find it.

I'm trying to find a converter to use the dreamcast arcade stick controller with my computer. I have found this model but apparently is not fully supported and only 4 of the 6 buttons will work:

Is there any other alternative? Most shmups I'm playing don't use more than 4 buttons but I would like to check more options.

I'm also on OSX, how is your experience with this kind of devices with mac? Apparently this particular model works with mac (as I have read from other users experience)

If it's a first party arcade stick the 4-play adapter will work with it.
