Sony Trinitron kv-2184as (RGB Mod)

Hi, I had really old Sony Trinitron KV-2184as stored in the shed for like 20 years. Today I decided to bring it out and try to RGB mod it.
Upon some consultation with one fellow member on facebook group, he mentioned that the chassis might GP-1A ( and according to service manual, not sure that if this chassis can be RGB modded at all. The manual for chassis GP-1A is here https://elektrotanya.com/sony_kv-2170m3 ... nload.html
The jungle IC chip is CXA1213S

Is it possible to do RGB mod at all?

That set uses an external decodor for color difference/ SECAM.

The short answer is: Not easily.
