Dreamcast (Online/Link Cable)
There are still ways to go online with the Dreamcast, and it did have a link cable but with very few compatible games.

PS2 can handle LAN games (although I think only a handful of games support it), and I know Gran Turismo 3 supported up to six players each on their own console using Firewire cables and a hub.
Xbox also supports LAN games.

Where it was an online service it'd be good to include if this can still be accessed in some way.
