Sony PVM-1943MD with no picture

I purchased a Sony PVM on eBay (my first mistake) and the monitor powers on, but has no picture. Audio seems OK, but there is nothing, not even a blank screen. I opened it up to look for any glaring problems, but I don't see anything blatantly obvious. I'm not comfortable messing around inside and I'd like to take it to a CRT tech but I don't know of any where I'm located (Florida). Any and all input appreciated. Thanks.
