I just don't understand how am I supposed to input the name when I want to save the config on the card? There's a cursor on the "NEW NAME" -line. Somehow I once got a file saved :O The name ended up being "CHD". Don't ask me, how I got that 
Tried to check the manual, but it says after pressing Enter there should be a question mark and a list of letters should appear on the screen. That does not happen 
Please, all help highly appreciated.

I had no input (and/or too much overscan), so the letters were off screen
