Err, I don't mean to correct you there, but AGS-101 screens are all over ebay. Just type AGS-101 into the search...

I fitted one of the eBay ones into my AGB-001 and it is a massive improvement over the original screen. The response time seems a bit low, though, so there is some motion blur. I have never seen an original AGS-101 so I don't know how it compares.

The screens absolutely do not just plug into an AGS-001. There is a guide for the mod but it requires additional components and very delicate trace cutting and soldering:
