Do you think the voices are annoying? I've been getting that feedback from some people. I'm not sure if they need to be dialed back or just have more normal voices replace them.

Beyond annoying.

Kinda someone who sniffed ether or something and ranting stuff to sober people. So distracting I couldn't even pay attention to the text and closed that youtube tab like I had just witnessed something I shouldn't have.

Kinda lost another tiny bit of faith in humanity after watching your channel. Seriously wtf?

Don't be sorry, I'm not trying to bash you just telling you honestly I think you've taken a really wrong start.
I don't know what kind of concept idea you've picked but just give up on the weird voices, all of them, period. Just speak normally.
Extrememly few people on Earth can do that without sounding lame or scary anyway.

There's like a million yt gaming channels, tweetch, twatter and stuff, and you wouldn't be the first one to play a character with a voice (several would be a first though, I think...), with so many accounts and contents it's really hard to stand out I get that, but somehow you've practically managed to make it to 'that weird part of youtube' category immediately.
Because what the voices do is in fact something much worse than sounding annoying, they're creepy, more like "is this the zodiac killer's son channel?"
The crayons animation in the background also make it look like it's for a grade schoolers audience, increasing the strange atmosphere and uneasiness. Plus it's completely off-topic obviously, you should show video games related stuff instead anyway.
(well, you could exploit the concept and create the scariest gaming rants channel on the internet...)

Sorry again if that sounds harsh but I'm not good at smoothing the edges.
