PCB repairs?

Previously, I had Raymond (channelmaniac) do work for me and I couldn't have been happier, but I reached out to him a couple weeks ago and have not heard back, so I'm wondering if he's awol. I have a Cloak & Dagger pcb I need repair work done on and was hoping to find someone I trusted to send it to. Figured I'd start here.

I'd give Raymond a bit more time, he usually gets back to people, he's probably just really busy these days.
