Ikegami TM20-17R Calibration

So I have an Ikegami TM20-17R with 240p Test Suite hooked up through RGB SCART. I'm trying to tweak the horizontal display as it's shifted to the left and not filling the screen. Where are the adjustments and does anyone have an advice? Couldn't seem to locate any manuals. Also am looking to make the colors more accurate which I'm assuming the test suite can help me with once I get some of the other adjustments made.

So I managed to use a trim pot tool to turn the horz center and move it closer to the middle. However the picture goes all wobbly and wack after a certain point on the screen. Like it wants to be left aligned. Is that a failing component like a capacitor? Not sure if that’s a thing.
