YouTube Demonetizing Smallest Channels. ♥Subscription Rally♥

In one month, YouTube is cutting monetization support for the smallest channels.

The definition of monetization has changed in the past year. It is not just making a pittance from showing ads, being a YT Partner is also the only way to add in-video links (End Screens & Cards) directly to your other community/donation support pages like Patreon.

The new rules for monetization (be a YT Partner) is having 1000 subscribers, and 4000 yearly hours watched. The other problem is, to be re-monetized later if a channel fails next month, the person will need to go through a stricter screening process for reinstatement.

This thread is a community rally to help prevent the community's channels from losing YT Partner status, whomever has applied.
Below are players under 1000 subscribers who could use your subscription and even leaving their playlists on autoplay for awhile.

I have 988 subs and never bothered to monetize anything (and fairly sure most of those people never bothered either)

I did that the first ten years. It doesn't hurt earth much nowadays to turn the money on. The youtube red people wouldn't see ads anyway. You'd have to find the hidden checkboxes to stop ads from appearing on your own vids regardless. Make some smallest-coin for doing your best work. 'motivation?

Nothing new.

Adsense won't pay you anything unless you make over $100. They've ripped off small fish for many millions of dollars over the years.

And this is a company that wants to create God with their AI ventures.

I, for one, look forward to my two minutes of fame on whatever Running Man death game they decide to use to dispose of me when their empire is complete. Sure hope it isn't like Wipeout - turning every surface into a slip n' slide is super unfair.

We're a fairly technical community - I'm honestly surprised any of us see ads.. Aren't ad-blockers on all of your computers now? I cant even remember the last time I saw an ad on Youtube...

Anyhow, it may be a good idea to side-step Youtube altogether and setup with Brave payments:
