The only shmup with a flaming diarrhea attack?
It's certainly committed to the aesthetic, though there are some places in the video where it seems the enemy bullets can hide inside all the pyrotechnics.
The first half of the video makes it look like you need to manually keep the plane aloft, but I guess the player was just sweeping up and down like that for kicks. Kinda makes the pilot look drunk lol
