I would consider the cover mildly censored. That logo is right over her boobs.
But this cover shows more of her head, so it might have just been coincidence. Who knows?

Well, technically, the game's is somewhat censored for its AC/Arcade version, since all it is just changed artwork (Results screen, bosses, and your final shame break does not appear) and have Lilith's "outfit" more covered up, but it works better that way. PS3/PS4 version is fully uncut.

However, this also samely affected the digital X360 release overseas (US/EU), JP X360 version is fully uncut though.

^Not sure that could be considered censorship, because it's true to the All.Net cabinet. If anything I dislike that Lilith's art is actually too revealing in Blaze AC. They fail to use her censored artworks in the PS3 version for the art that appears on the screen border. On the cab her art is totally different (and better for it)
