Sorry I posted this twice now (Once in questions that don't deserve a thread) but knowing I messed up and seeing the system sitting there helpless and injured made me want to post again.

Foolishly I didn't get much practice with a desoldering gun and messed up when trying to remove the DIN5 connector for video. I think that particular pin is for ground, but I'm not sure.
I've never messed things up like this before so I'm not even really sure where to start. Any ideas?
Pulled a pad off a Turboduo, what to do?

that is ground. just run a wire over to the 2 pads for the pins that go to the outer shield ground. you should put the one for the Din5 back into the DIN8 if they will fit in your connector or make new holes for your new one. You dont want to leave that off like you have it now. (I assume you a swapping a DIN5 for a DIN8)
