Hey Everyone,
I'm hoping I can find answers here for my current project. I recently got a Framemeister and an Extron Crosspoint. I've got a set of mini-din plugs that should match the RGB port on the FM, bnc plugs and some 6-conductor video snake. I think I might have made a mistake with my cable selection. I had figured I needed a conductor for Red, Green, Blue, Sync, L Audio, R Audio. But now re-visiting the pinout for the FM i see Pin 4 is ground. Do I use the shielding from each of the wires in the snake as the wire for Pin 4? Please excuse my ignorance, I've usually stuck to audio/stereo mods. Lack of information aside, with a little help I think this is within my abilities.
Thank you!

Is Pin 4 Ground for Audio? In that case would I use the shielding off L&R for that pin? Also from the pinout diagram below, the housing appears to be grounded, how is this taken care of?
I'd also like to add, I bought mini-din female ports that I'm hoping to replace the a/v outs across most of my systems. Not sure if that changes anything. At this point my 3 priority systems to do this with are Genesis 1, Saturn and RGB mod'd Snes Mini.
