I'm a big fan of Christmas music and can sometimes even be found blasting the Nat King Cole Christmas album in the height of Summer. But "Wonderful Christmastime" fills me with overwhelming, fist-clenching, blood-boiling rage, every time. I'm so glad I'm not alone.

Even thinking about those plinky-plonky synths make me want to rip my face off.

I find christmas music embarassing, with the exception for "Last Crhistmas" that I can hear without issues.
I agree that I prefer religious music, alongside gospel and soul that my father listen to it during holydays, because they have better melodies and a well-thought lyrics compared to a generic "we are happy doing happy things"
