i installed 2hu 6 on my laptop yesterday and when i try to run it in full screen it runs at like 800+ fps and is insanely fast, even when i select force 60 fps in the options.
anyone know why or how to fix this?

uhh thanks for that. the download for the fix brings up a pretty scary pop up and i'm guessing may contain a virus of some kind though -_-.

It works at 60fps at least for Windows Vista.
At this rate, I won’t be interested into shmups anymore. I am no longer going to be active in this forum from now on. I am more interested into Kemono Friends, rhythm games, D4DJ, Puzzle Games, Hololive, and Pretty Cure.

This fixed it for me (DX8->DX9 patch), unzip it to the gamedir (I also have "force 60fps" checked in the config). works on english version without having to do anything else
