BVM 20F1U too dark,where is the "screen" pot?

The picture on a BVM 20F1U that I just purchased is too dark at stock settings. This was the case on my M4U and I adjusted the screen pot on the neckboard and it was fixed. I'm looking all over the inside and I only see Focus 1 and 2 on the right side and what I'm guessing is convergence on the neck. Where is the "screen" pot?

As you can see the letters on the menu are too dark at stock settings.

I was under the impression that the majority of all those control adjustments were on the BKM control unit. Why many had advised getting one with it. Hopefully another owner of one of these can shed light on this.

I do have a control unit attached thats not pictured.
