Nes-101 motherboard via repair.
I have a top loader that I have attempted to change all the caps and found one of the via's on a 1uf cap near the ppu is gone. It is the negative pin for the cap.I was wondering if its better to scrape of solder mask around were the via used to be and solder to that or find the closest ground pin and solder to that. Is there any reason to do one over the other?

Doesn't matter either way, just do whichever is easiest
