Extron Crosspoint Switcher, NEC XM29 and Dreamcast

Putting together my Extron Crosspoint setup and have a couple quick questions I haven't found answers for:

Does anyone know if the NEC XM29 (regular, not plus) can accept 31khz RGBHV from a PC, or Dreamcast through the RGB2 input which is the one with BNC connectors? I'd test myself, but I don't have a 3 row DB15 to BNC adapter.

If that does work, will I have any issues sending my RGBs (4 cables) signals through to that same input on my monitor while having the extra sync cable plugged in? Let me know if I need to re-phrase my question.
