The NOëL-series of games

I was thinking of maybe giving the NOëL-games in my possession another go. I know I have what I believe to be the first PS1 game, Not Digital, and then NOëL 3/Mission on the Line for Saturn.

I'm just a bit hesitant because I remember the gameplay being a bit confusing and overly convoluted, so I was wondering if anyone else here had played these games and possibly have some tips or pointers for me?

I will admit to buying them because I liked the cutscenes I found on youtube :mrgreen:
