Impossible setup: SNES>Sync Strike>Extron RGB>Sony BVM

It won't solve the issue as what I wanted is to connect the SNES to the Extron ultimately. Also the cable is not 10$ https://www.retrogamingcables.co.uk/son ... cart%20bnc (that's without the sync stripper).
I couldn't find any other seller of these cables.

I know I didn't pay that much for mine. Though to be fair, I can't seem to find anything priced *too* much better at the moment, just a couple bucks. :/

It would be good to know if the SNES works with your BVM.

Do you have another display with which to test any of this?

You could also pick up a VGA -> BNC cable (these are ~$14 on Amazon at least), to test SNES -> Sync Strike -> Display and probably get a definite answer about the Sync Strike.

It's a little hard to diagnose without your being able to either take a component out of the equation, or replace one of them with a known-working one to rule that component out.

I do have a VGA to BNC cable. As mentioned in previous posts I already tried without the Extron (still doesn't work), and also the SNES works perfectly on a consumer TV so the console is definitely fine. Wish I had a friend with another Sync Strike close to me to try

Missed the first bit.

I should assume then your consumer TV also RGB?

Yes, RGB with an Euro SCART connector. The console seems perfectly fine.
