Hello,
A long time ago I've had a shmup game for PC that I really liked, but I didn't remember it's name. Recently I decided to find it, but since it must be a pretty obscure title and, like I said before, I forgot it's name, I can't find a trace of it on the internet. I thought that since this forum is for shmups only, someone here must have also played it, so I want to ask you to help me find it's name. I thought that I might describe it the best way I can, and this way someone may help me find it.
-It had no plot. You fly from left to right with a plane made out of wood, as a guy who looks like a WWI pilot, holding a Martini in his hand, having big teeth, blonde moustache and googly eyes.
-It had smooth, simplistic 3d graphics.
-The environments were pretty bizarre. They looked like you were flying through an abstract painting coming to life. Kind of like a wonderland of some sorts.
-You were fighting against many ridiculous enemies. As I recall, some of them were winged deep sea mines, and one of the bosses was a penguin flying an umbrella Mary Poppins style, while firing with a revolver at you(I swear I'm not makin this up!).
-Weapons were just as silly: aside from a standard machine gun, you could also fire bubbles or even sparrows. Secondary weapon could be anything from torpedos to bombing enemies with pianos. You know that power up which flies around you and protects you from damage? In this game, it was wind-up teeth.
-Soundtrack was very chill with one track sticking out to me as calming and catchy acapella.
Thank you for any help in advance. If you have any questions regarding the subject, feel free to ask and I'll do my best to answer them.

Re: Help me find the name of a game
My shmup knowledge and Google-fu have both failed me. :/
When you say for PC, was this an MS-DOS game? An Amiga/Commodore game? Was it a game you played in a web browser (Flash, Java, etc)? How many years ago did you play it? What were the controls (keyboard, mouse, joystick)?
The description of some of the characters remind me of the arcade games Zing Zing Zip or Parodius but those clearly don't fit with the rest of your description.

Re: Help me find the name of a game
I believe I got it in 2004, maybe a year or two later. It was on a normal computer with Windows OS. I had it installed(the disc must have been from a magazine of some sorts, but for the life of me, I have no idea which one).
Also yea, those two are definitely not the games I'm looking for.

Was it claymation? Was it Platypus?

No, though the 3d graphics were so smooth and simplistic at times it kind of looked like it's claymation, it was definitely not to the level of Platypus. It was more of sprites of 3d models.

Was the game in English? Japanese? Another European language? When you played it were you living in Europe, North America, etc?
With something featuring wacky characters I want to suggest something like Hacha Mecha Fighter, Harmful Park, Boogie Wings, or maybe even Ordyne. None of those are PC though...
Weird game called Parallel Dimensions '99 is PC, but doubt it was ever distributed as a demo on a CD.

It was in English and I've been living in Europe, Poland specifically. Also I know it's a minor fact, but it wasn't a demo, but a full version.

Also, in order to clarify, the graphics in this game were very similar to the ones from Neighbours From Hell games, only not as emotive.
