Hi,

anyone know if its possible to save your game status?
as in the options menu, there is an option to "save" and "load" but its not selectable.

or is this an unlockable feature? if so, what do i have to do?

I believe that's just to save hi scores and such, not where you are in the game.

just a wild guess as I never had the game: are you using the 4mb Ram extension? Maybe the option is unavaillable because the cartridge is required for it to work? I´m not talking about the 8mb Memory extension, although that would make more sense, it can´t be because the game is designed to use the 4mb Ram extension, and it can´t use both at the same time obviously.

I was half right. It's not for saving progress in the game, but it is for this...

The game doesn't save and load automatically. After you've beaten the game, you have to go in and save the game yourself befpore turning it off. The next time you play, before starting the game, go in and load your data. The goal is to collect all the various weapons and such. What happens if you do, I don't know.
