[Sync Issue??] SONY BVM + H.A.S Supergun + Arcade board

My setup:

- H.A.S Supergun made by member name "RGB" (http://shmups.system11.org/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=52894) + RGB cable
- CPS3 Board / Atomiswave Board
- Sony BVM (with input set to RGB , External Sync )

Disappointing Results:
Both Atomiswave and CPS3 did not show up properly on the screen.
All of them have distortion at top half of the screen and some flickering.
CPS3 comes out super blurry as well

I suspect that this can be Sync issue, so that leave me with two scenarios:
- Sony BVM Analog adaptor is broken.
- H.A.S Supergun is not working properly.

What I've done so far to remedy this issue:
- Test to make sure that my Sony BVM is not broken with HD-SDI ---> works perfectly http://imgur.com/a/kOhv0
- Reseat the Sony BVM Analog adaptor ---> not helping at all


Should I just buy another Sony BVM Analog adaptor or this can be some other issue that I don't know about?
My knowledge on BVM is limited to none. I hope BVM gurus here in the forum might know how to fix this sync issue.

Please follow the advice given at the arcade-projects forum and try to use 75ohm terminators, as they're missing from your setup.

check if the "VCR Mode" in the Extended menu of your BVM is enabled or disabled.

VCR Mode is currently disabled.

@RGB: I've ordered 75ohm terminators, it's on its way.

I wasn't aware of the VCR Mode as I don't own a BVM, but quick forum search got me this - http://shmups.system11.org/viewtopic.ph ... 49#p932549 perhaps worth giving it a go?

It's vcr mode. Turn it on an it should fix that. PC engine and my arcade stuff through the has had the same issue.

Turn on VCR mode seem to get rid of the TOP HALF distortion issue.

However, CPS3 looks super blurry, as you can see in the photos, it's so blurry as if pixel are smeared together http://imgur.com/a/Mp1VO
On Amotiswave, there are slight bending in the middle of the screen section and each pixels are shaky, not sharp at all.

I wonder if the 75ohm terminator would get rid of these issues.

Further testing seems to have a mix result, sometimes the images becomes sharp at some instances or some part of the screens, the most of the time the images are so blurry, you can't even read the name of the character, or they have some strange white scanline, blue scanline, etc...

Finally managed to get it to works on my BVM
However I still experiences some artifacts, weird scalines colors, some parts of the pictures is not clean and crisp.

I never use BVM in my life, are these considered normal in BVM? Please check the photos below here.
