Is this SFC cart a bootleg?

I picked up a region converter from an old guy and he threw in this SFC cart of Adventures of Batman and Robin(the only cart he had) but I can't find any info of this game ever releasing in Japan. The cart has definitely been opened up before. Does anyone know if the game released there or can tell if it's a bootleg by looking at the pics?

Label is well made, but doesn't look like something Konami would make. It's very devoid of text for a Japanese cartridge. I also don't see any reason anyone would open the cart if it wasn't to tamper with the game.
I can't find any evidence of it ever being release in Japan either - I'd imagine it's quite easy to find if it were, so I'd say you could count this a bootleg.

It's definitely a bootleg, the label as mentioned doesn't have the Japanese text but also the back of the shell is a big giveaway, SFC carts do not have the tab slots in the back, boots have these so they can be used on US and JAP consoles. Since the cart has screws you can just open it up and check the PCB as well.

Absolutely 100% fake, that game was never released in Japan.

definately fake. that label looks more like it belongs on a PAL cartridge than super famicom.
