Groovymame PC to BVM-20F1U

I want to build a groovymame PC and use it with my BVM-20F1U and crosspoint matrix switch. What cables,adapters, or interfaces will I need? Any other advice? thanks!!

TBH reading both guides is probably a good idea, they cover different areas along with the core information. In fact I think I'll include a link to yours saying that in mine ;)
