Hello,
I recently got a D24E1WU with 11K hours in excellent shape. I wanted to output RGB from my PSX to the D24. I have previously purchased a psx scart cable, a bnc to scart cable (http://www.ebay.com/itm/201944388879). I also have a PVM-1954q and used the psx scart along with the bnc to scart cable to output RGB and it worked fine, the 1954q recognized the RGB signal.
When I attempt to hook up this setup to the D24, it does sync but the screen says 480 / 60i and not RGB. I do have the control unit as well, and read the manual to find out that I need to set the input to read RGB in the input configuration menu, which I have done, but the PSX still outputs in 480 / 60i.
Am I missing something? Can anyone with a D24 help me understand?

Re: D24E1WU - PSX RGB
240p is a hack of 480i. So the monitor showing 480i is fine. Is something wrong with the picture besides that?

Re: D24E1WU - PSX RGB
The reason I was confused is that the PVM-1954q says "RGB" when it syncs so I expected the D24 to say the same thing, especially considering I can choose "RGB" in the input configuration menu. The picture does look great.
