Hi all, I recently bought a Hantarex PD40 Slim 4/3 plasma monitor (was a 3 hour drive to pick it up:-)) but I have some difficulty getting 240p RGB to display properly on it (240p YUV works fine)
Until now I only tried the YUV and the VGA (Dsub-15) connectors on the Hantarex, but I noticed it also has a Dsub-9 input with the text "RGB" next to it. I am pretty sure I will get a proper 240p image if I use the Dsub-9 input, but my only question is... Where would I find a BNC-Dsub9 cable? I'm using an Extron Crosspoint matrix switcher. Since I have a ton of high-quality VGA-5BNC cables, I guess I might be better off getting a DB9 to DB15 adapter such as this one?

Here's some of the other tests I performed with the Hantarex btw:
a) Xbox 360 set to 480p output -> Xbox 360 VGA cable -> Dsub-15 VGA connector on Hantarex => awesome
b) PS1 game played on PS2 (outputs 240p) -> PS2 component cable -> YUV input on Hantarex => awesome
c) Wii set to 480p output -> Wii component cable -> YUV input on Hantarex => very blurry image, sometimes it even splits up
d) Wii set to 480p output -> Wii component cable -> YUV to RGB transcoder -> VGA-VGA cable -> Dsub-15 VGA connector on Hantarex => blurry image and colors completely washed out
e) Groovymame CRT Emudriver 15kHz output -> VGA-VGA cable -> Dsub-15 VGA connector on Hantarex => bad image; flickering, completely wrong aspect ratio, image off screen
Thanks!
Best regards,

Does Hantarex PD40 accept 240p RGB via DB9 only? What cable?
