What's the meaning of a golden Spine-card for Spriggan 2?

One is pink and the other is golden:

Is one of them a special version? My copy of Winds of Thunder also has a golden spine. Can anyone explain the meaning?

They are just two separate print runs. I forget which one was the first, but there's no difference in terms of value. They both go for the same price in game shops in Japan.
