If the modeline of a particular console is known, for example a NTSC SNES
(Modeline "256x224 NTSC (60Hz)" 5.370 256 274 299 341 224 236 239 262 -hsync -vsync)
is it possible to somehow convert these values to the horizontal and vertical values for front porch, back porch, active video and sync pulse? If so, can someone explain to me how or point me to calculator, please?
Thanks in advance.

The 4 values correspond to A-D & E-H, for horizontal and vertical, respectively, in that image.
Together with the legend at the bottom of page, you can find your values.
