Sony PVM 20L2 Changes Colors On Brighter Screens

Hello,

Was wondering if anyone is familiar with this problem and a possible solution?

When I connect GC, PS2, or Wii I seem to be getting a change in color on brighter screens during game play.

I have recorded what happens below (a sorry excuse for a recording).

The problem does not happen when I play SNES or Genesis. That's all I have tried so far.

Should mention that the problem occurs on all signals. S-video, RGB/Component, and composite.
