How good are the developers at their own games?

Since the topic doesn't seem to be limited to just shooters i'll go into MMORPGs where skill is completely replaced by time spent.

It tells you something when developers of MMORPGs don't even play the games they make.

Like everyone else has said - it's full of ridiculous amounts of randomness.
does anyone know the differences between the different smash TV versions?
score wise, difficulty etc...

snes, md, NES all the platforms got their own release.

ive come about 2 rooms away from 1CCing the SNES version (fantastic game) and ive always wondered how it compares to the original.
SNES version is like a million times easier than arcade, mainly because the character's walking speed is a lot faster than the arcade. It's an excellent port since it's not as frustrating as the arcade game.

Don't know about the other ports.
do you (or anoyne else for that matter) know if the scoring system is the same for the two versions?

Nothing compares to the arcade original in difficulty. the NES (and any other 8 bt ports of any sort) are total garbage.

the 16 bit ports are a lot better, but still easy games compared to the arcade. Most 16 bit ports have added secret rooms as well.

theres been a few going on the trading station recently. if you post a request for it you might get some sellers. look to spend around $500-600 though. i got mine for $298 iirc, during a time when no one seemed to care about it. the average price has just been going up since.
