Need Advice on System 256 to PC

Has anyone successfully transcribe a system 256 game to PC?

I am trying fully transcribe a system 256 game (Gundam Seed Destiny) to PC. But this game is different than the others because it is a 2 on 2 games which require four system 256 to run. In the arcade, all four systems are connected with LAN cable to allow 2 on 2 battles. My wish is to make this into a PC game and run 2 on 2 battles online.

I have already collected all four system 256 hardware and game software. Is this technically possible?

Given the hardware, you might have better luck asking at a PS2 dev forum or similar.
