Bluish flickering from a PAL SNES RGB Cable

Hi, I'm hoping someone can help please. I recently sold a PAL SNES RGB Cable with built in Sync stripper (to obtain CSYNC) on eBay, which I originally bought from Retro Gaming Cables. It worked fine for me, but the buyer is reporting issues. Here is a quick video showing the problem:

So it's some form of bluish flickering interference.

The buyer tells me their PAL SNES isn't modded and they're using the official and original power supply. They've tried it on 2 consoles and 2 LCD TVs, same issue. It apparently gets worse when they move the cable. The composite AV cable works fine.

The cable worked fine for me, but I only ever used it on a Sony PVM CRT. Would a Sync Stripper/CSYNC cable work on LG and SAMSUNG LCD TVs?

If anyone knows what causes this sort of issue that would be greatly appreciated.

The LCD and the CSYNC signal, which is a TTL signal, don't work fine with each other. He has to adapt either the csync-signal out of the LM1808 inside the SCART plug to be a suitable for 75ohm termination or simply remove the whole LM1808. Than it should work.

Thanks very much for the quick reply. I'd read before that CSYNC is generally only a benefit for PVMs or devices that need a clean Sync such as the Framemeister, but I didn't realise a Sync stripper can actually cause these issues on LCD TVs. That's useful to know for future reference, thanks for the explanation.
