This week, I noticed a green stain in the top right part of my BVM-A20F1M monitor, the screen is perfectly cleaned and the stain is not going away, the monitor has about 17.000 hours of use so it's quite new. The stain is present on different consoles with diferent games so clearly it's a monitor problem.
Find attached picture about the issue below, what's going on?
Try degaussing using the internal coil a few times, then try degaussing using an external coil, and if that fails, you can always open it up and tape some magnets to the tube, which is what I had to do for my L2.

Will try degaussing today, I though the BVM was automatically degausing everytime I pluged it in though. Are there any cheap external coil I could buy in Europe?
Try modifying the value of the "Landing Adjust" setting under the "Installation Settings" menu. Note the current setting before adjusting it, just in case you have to restore it back to its original value.
If that doesn't work, then manually modify the "Digital Uniformity Adj" setting for that top right hand corner. You use the number keys to position the cursor.
