Re: (HELP) Image not right/distortion
What crt in particular?
Presume effect stays broadly consistent no matter use or input?
Most likely just regular geometry adjustment.
There's usually some form of trapezoid adjustment in the service menu... might be labeled a left/right/axis yoke/rotation/tilt description....
Depending on exactly how uneven top/bottom the effect is you may well need to combine with a couple of other adjustments to even up the effect and get it rectangular.
Off chance it might be component wear/capacitor based - either way seems more in the expected adjustment realm rather than the need to check parts realm - presuming the effect is pretty consistent.

It is Grundig Greenville 7009/5 TOP
manual (with the geometry options) https://www.scribd.com/doc/26784858/GRU ... C8-chassis
the effect it s visible regardless the av input

Realigning the yoke. More than likely not worth the effort.

That's just a regular geometrical imperfection, most crt's have this out of the box. Only the higher end sets had really nice geometrical calibration done in the factory, and even then it's never absolutely perfect. You need to either improve it via service menu settings, or by opening up the tv and gently moving the entire yoke, but then you will need to patch up the convergence with some magnetic strips where needed.

Geez ... really have no idea about the hardware part of the crt so I will stay out of it. I will continue to stress with the service menu til I ll get a acceptable geometry.
I might be slapping it it 2 3 times also
