Where to find proper GameCube S-Video cable?
Hi! I'm struggling with finding decent S-Video cable with a 75 ohm resistors connected to ground from the video pins (and international shipment) for my NTSC GameCube. Any advices?

Nintendo NTSC s-video cables do not contain any passive components (no resistors). That's only required for RGB and composite on PAL consoles.
This is the cable that I've used when I needed s-video:

It's probably the best you'll find without spending a bunch more for the Monster or OEM cables.

Yeah nowadays nearly all OEM cables apart from RF/composite are hard to find or pricey (or both).
If you really want the official one, this is the least expensive on ebay: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Nintendo-Offici ... SwEzxYVA~H
If you're in Europe though, PM me as I can let you have mine for half that (only using it for the audio signal, for which a composite would be fine too).

I can't say if it is or not, but it looks similar, and you're already a leg up by not having a composite plug (most s-video cables that also have composite are garbage).
At least it was very cheap if it doesn't work out.

Dumb question, but do the red and white audio RCA plugs on an S-Video cable have higher quality sound than the red and white audio RCA plugs on a Composite cable?

They're the same pins on the connector. It's the same signal.
